Benefits of Using Natural Soap

Not all soaps are equal in potency and efficiency, and most importantly, not all soaps are good for your skin. When was the last time you looked at the ingredients on the back of that commercially made bar of soap you bought on sale at your local store, and actually researched those ingredients??

The two different types of soaps are handmade natural soaps, and commercially manufactured soaps. Commercially manufactured soaps are usually much cheaper and can be found in almost every store one goes to. The important thing to note, however, is the reason behind why these soaps are so much cheaper than natural soaps. In this blog, we will explore the benefits of using natural soap in comparison to your commercial soap.

Natural Soap Vs Commercial Soap

Natural Soaps are highly moisturizing for your hands and last longer

-Glycerin, a fat naturally found in plants, hydrates and helps maintain one’s skin smooth. Many commercial soap companies actually remove the glycerin from their products in order to increase shelf life.

Natural Soaps are cruelty-free and animal-free

-Handmade soaps are not tested on animal and contain natural products

Natural Soaps are rich in antioxidants and it is made without chemicals and synthetics

-Handmade soaps are made using natural oils and without chemicals. Commercial soaps are often manufactured with ingredients similar to detergents! Imagine how your skin must feel. Some of the ingredients that Commercial soaps may use include parabens, petrochemicals, pthalates, triclosan, and phosphorus which actually irritate and make your skin much drier. Some of these ingredients have even been linked to cancer!

Roshtyn Organics handmade soaps are with ingredients that will leave your skin feeling clean and free from impurities.
